4. How we use your data
- Responding to your inquiries: we use your name, email address and message to answer your request.

5. Legal basis for processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our legal basis for processing the data you submit through the contact form is your consent and, where you ask about our services, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For analytics and advertising technologies, the legal basis is your consent.
6. Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy — typically as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide support — and then securely delete or anonymise it.
7. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. Apart from the service providers listed above, we may disclose personal data only to comply with a legal obligation or to protect and defend our rights.

- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- request rectification or erasure of your personal data;
- object to or restrict the processing of your personal data;

- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No security measure is perfect or impenetrable.
